Offering Guidance and Support
Counsellor and Psychotherapist in Malvern or Worcester City Centre
I am an Integrative Counsellor with over 10 years' experience using variety of approaches including person centred, CBT, mindfulness and somatic. Accredited and membership of British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy.
I have worked in a high school for over 10 years providing counselling for young people 11 years and older supporting them with anxiety, panic attacks, depression, ADHD, attachments disorders, eating disorders, substance drugs, deliberate self-harm, post-traumatic stress, exam stress, bullying, physical, sexual or emotional abuse, gender issues, suicidal incitation, relationship problems including divorcing parents.
I provide space and gentle guidance to support you on a journey to identify what has triggered your problem.
Together, we work to understand your reactions and feelings, and find a way to process what’s going on so you can feel better able to cope.
I am person-centred, which means I take an empathetic, non-judgemental approach and offer emotional support to help build resilience, self-esteem, and confidence.
